Credit Hound - Chasing money- charts

The Home Page is made up of various elements, with each element displaying essential facts from your accounts system. Since the information is presented live, you are free to drill-down and focus on the details that are most important to you.

Elements on the Home Page are colour-coded. If an item is red, it needs your attention. Good news, such as your customers paying you, is shown in green. Other colours are used to show general information.

Transaction History

The Transactions area displays all the outstanding items on the customer’s account, e.g. invoices, credit notes and receipts. The Transactions area shows all the basic information about each transaction from date due to be paid, number of days overdue as well as telling you if you have previously chased the customer for payment.

The History area shows the previously steps taken to get payment. Each time you write a letter or make a telephone call Credit Hound adds another entry to the History. It enables you to see (whilst on the telephone) who you spoke to, when and what they said. This is vital information when trying to get payments from your customers.

Note Pad

The Note Pad enables you to record the details of your customers promises to make payment.

Select a reason from the reasons list and Credit Hound will assist you in handling that reason by showing you a list of suggested objections. Call Back or follow up diary actions are automatically created on the date and time you select.

By highlighting a number of transactions Credit Hound will automatically total them for you so you can chase invoices month by month or on an individual basis.

The details you enter into the Note Pad are saved in chase history and are also available in the dairy so you will always know what you and your customer discussed.

Dispute Handling

Credit Hound Professional includes a comprehensive dispute handling system. This enables you to record customer comments and internal comments against specific invoices which helps you stay on top of the problem.

You can enter a review date and expected resolve date, select the type of dispute (area of concern) you are handling and assign people to be responsible for resolving the customer’s issue.

At the end of the call with the customer Credit Hound will automatically raise the required customer communication and internal paperwork for you.

To prevent you from forgetting that the dispute exists, your calendar will contain both the review and expected resolve actions and the dispute will also appear on dispute reports and in various Homepage elements.

Having all of the information you need at your fingertips is essential to good credit control but having to wade thought endless small figures on screen can be difficult. Credit Hound presents an individual 'Where’s is my Money?' chart and Turnover chart in the Chase Screen.

The 'Where’s is my Money?' chart shows you where this customers debt lies and as on the Homepage it is broken down into Not Due, Overdue, Disputed and Non-Allocated sections.

The 'Turnover' chart shows you how much the customer is spending with your company, giving you insight into their purchasing habits and their overall value to your business.
