Documentation

Extensive documentation can be found in the help files. The help files can be found in the Draycir program folder of the 'Programs' section on the Windows start button. The help files can also be accessed by pressing F1 in most program windows.

Support forum

Support and information on all Draycir products can be found at the support forum. The forum is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and contains hints and tips on using the products, a searchable knowledge base and answers to previously asked questions. Be sure to make the forum your first port of call as you may find your questions have already been answered.

Annual support

Support contract

Annual support contracts can be purchased directly from Draycir partners for all Draycir products. If you have a support contract in place or need to purchase support, please contact your Draycir partner.

Direct support

Annual support is only occasionaly provided by Draycir directly and is purchased annually. If you have purchased direct support, and have questions regarding your software, you can contact us for assistance.
