Welcome to Draycir support. This section is intended to give you an overview of the support available for our products.

Documentation

Extensive documentation can be found in the help files. The help files can be found in the Draycir program folder of the 'Programs' section on the Windows start button. The help files can also be accessed by pressing F1 in most program windows.

Online Help

Support and information on all Draycir products can be found at the support forum. The forum is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and contains hints and tips on using the products, a searchable knowledge base and answers to previously asked questions. Be sure to make the forum your first port of call as you may find your questions have already been answered.

Training Videos

Several training videos have been created for Spindle Professional to help guide users through the many features of the product. These videos are located in the Tutorials folder on the CD or can be found in the download section.

Support Contracts

Annual support contracts can be purchased for all Draycir products. If you have a support contract please contact your Draycir partner. If you have purchased a Direct Support contract, either email support@draycir.com or call 0845 123 2941 and ask for support. Please have your support contract number ready.
