This worksheet allows both Cash Receipts and Cash Payments to be created on one Microsoft Excel worksheet.

Sales Order Invoice

Create and amend invoices and credit notes based on Sage rules. You can also add, update and delete lines as well as browse for customer, address, products, units and VAT codes.

Sales Ledger Customer

Create new customers and export existing customers from Sage into Microsoft Excel to make amendments. Place on hold and hide customers then import back into Sage once changes have been made.

Stock Transfer

Enables the transfer of stock between areas such as warehouses and bin locations. It provides you with the ability to browse items, source warehouse and bins, stock levels, target warehouse and bin stock levels.

Project Accounting

Create new projects with new structures or download an existing project structure or template which can be edited and used to create a new project. Also add or update project header data, cost/budget information and customer billing details.

Purchase Ledger Supplier

Enables you to create new suppliers and export existing suppliers from Sage into Microsoft Excel to make amendments, place on hold and hide customers then import back into Sage once changes have been made.

Bill of Materials (BoM)

Create, update and delete Bills of Materials. Features a download allowing one or more BOMs to be downloaded into the sheet, making editing or copying a BOM much easier. Operations, resources, components, sub contract details, analysis codes can all be specified for a create or amended on an existing BOM. Version control details can also be specified if enabled in Sage.

 

PL Allocation

Allows existing ‘Purchase Ledger open items’ to be allocated together. User specifies a list of allocations in the form of open debit and credit items in the function. These are then validated to ensure the items exist and are open, before the allocation is then posted into Sage.

  • PLAllocation – A new function to allow existing credits and debits to be allocated against for the purchase ledger.

New features

  • General – .net and DevExpress upgrade. Internet Explorer (IE) 11 will not load the maintenance site due to DevExpress no longer supporting IE.
  • General – Licence viewing option. The client about window now includes a link to a read only licence viewing page
  • General – Change to how the certificate is applied to the installer. Whilst this is an internal change it’s worth noting as existing users will be prompted to install the client again rather than auto updating. This is a one time only prompt.
  • General – Remove old Sage 200 versions from the installer. Deprecated Sage 200 versions have been removed from the installer options. Customers still using these older Sage versions must use the previous build (2.1.5)
  • PLSupplier – Add payment group to the download filter. Users can now download suppliers based on their payment group. Note: this uses the id for the payment group and not the text.
  • PLInvoice/SLInvoice – Allow only GroupByID to be specified for additional line records. Previously users had to repeat all header field values for each line, with this change, as long as the only KeyField specified is the GroupByID, then the header fields do not need to be repeated.
  • Stock – Download now supports ‘&’ character in search category. Support added for including ‘&’ in the filter of the download.
  • BOM – Download filter to include stock product group as a selection. The stock product group field is now available as a filter
  • Stock Master– Download of partno field extended to 60 characters. Sage 2023R1 extended the partno field length so we’ve updated our application in line with this.
  • SLCash – Add processing please wait dialog to the Auto Match function. Previously it was unclear if the auto match function was processing or not so we added the dialog to confirm it is running.
  • SLAllocation – Start and End date filtering option. Two new fields have been added to the designer, TranDateFrom and TranDateTo. These are used in conjunction with the recent GetCustomersWithItems browse to return only customers with transactions in a given period. These new fields are also used in the Auto Match routine.

Bug fixes:

  • SLCash/SLAllocation – & in customer code caused the auto allocate and manual browse to fail

Sage200 Sales Order – Allowable warning for reducing the allocated quantity

When creating or amending an order in sage, if the quantity allocated is more than the stock available in the location then a warning is displayed and the allocated quantity is reduced automatically. Previously we didn’t alert the user to this happening and just accepted the reduced allocation. Now, this warning can be handled in our client and stop processing of the order if not enough stock is available. By default, the order will be created and the warning ignored. See “AllowQuantityToIgnoreStockLevels” property in the client for more information.

Sage200 Sales Order – Amending an order quantity on a line with manually set prices

A property called “RetainManuallySetPricesOnQtyChange” which defaults to true, has been added. Previously the order amendment would fail. Now, it will either recalculate the prices as per standard prices or retain the manual price that was set when the order was created. If the quantity is reduced then the property “CreateCancelledLine” controls, if a cancelled line is created or not.

Sage200 SLCash – New version of the Open Item browse

Due to customer demand, an additional browse that requires no parameters has been added. i.e. the user can start with absolutely no other data populated in the sheet and select from all open items in their system. This browse is not a standard template and will need to be manually added for those customers wishing to use it.

Sage200 Purchase Order – Landed cost type and value are now available

Landed cost type and value fields added. Allows stock records to be configured to use landed costs the ability to amend their values as per Sage rules.
